The Swiss Water Process(SWP) is purest process to make the coffee bean decaffeinated: This method was originally pioneered in Switzerland in the 1930s and enables 97% or more of the caffeine to be removed. This coffee is medium roasted, full bodied, with traces of cane sugar and tropical fruit. You will not be able to tell the difference between this decaf coffee and the full caffeinated version. This is the perfect coffee to have in those late hours with out fear of it keeping you up all night!
