This wonderful coffee comes from the small farm La FinciaRubia located in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. This family farm is fed by mountain springs and has the distinction as a cup of excellence and qualified in the top 15 coffees produced in Nicaragua. It is shade grown under a banana tree canopy. This light roasted coffee is medium bodied and has balanced flavors with citrus, pear and green apple notes. We light roast it, so all the fruity flavors come through. Enjoy!!
